My name is Celine, and I have been in love with baking for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family that enjoyed cooking, I had the pleasure of learning cherished family recipes from my grandma, dad and Aunt Jackie. Those moments learning from them inspired me to earn a degree in baking and pastry at culinary school, where I honed my skills and developed an appreciation for bread-making. My travels across Italy, France, Great Britain, Argentina, Spain, and across the United States further ignited my passion for all things food!

 

In 2019, My family moved back to our hometown in Ohio, where I continued my love for baking by creating my sourdough starter. The love I have for making bread and other goodies led us to convert our dining room into a large pantry, inspiring the creation of Celine’s Pantry.
